Biosketch
Dr. Redi Lago is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Public Health at the Federal University of Acre, fellow of the Research Group “Epidemiological and qualitative studies of external causes and chronic non-communicable diseases”. Her research interests focus on mental health care, people seeking care for substance use, gender inequalities, health promotion, violence, and qualitative research in health. Dr. Redi Lago was a visiting scholar working with Elizabeth Peter at the Centre for Critical Qualitative Health Research- funded by CAPES in 2015.
