Biosketch

Dr. Redi Lago is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Public Health at the Federal University of Acre, fellow of the Research Group ā€œEpidemiological and qualitative studies of external causes and chronic non-communicable diseasesā€. Her research interests focus on mental health care, people seeking care for substance use, gender inequalities, health promotion, violence, and qualitative research in health. Dr. Redi Lago was a visiting scholar working with Elizabeth Peter at the Centre for Critical Qualitative Health Research- funded by CAPES in 2015.
